Does everyone need a license to access Alldevice?
No a license is needed only by those managing or conducting maintenance / service tasks, the reporting of issues is unlimited and there is no need to assign licenses.
Is training included with the purchase?
The initial training is included for 2 administrators so they can setup and onboard others to Alldevice, we can, if needed, offer additional customized training – please contact us.
Is support included with Alldevice?
We have Chat and Email support which is inclusive in the subscription price.
Can I trial Alldevice to see if it fits my needs?
We can setup a trial account for you, or give you access to a demonstration environment, please contact us to discuss your needs.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us at sales@alldevice.com any time and no further invoices will be sent, or confirm the last date for access you need and invoicing will stop from that point forward.
What payment options do you offer for Alldevice?
We offer payment via bank transfer and can invoice monthly or annually.
What are the terms of use of Alldevice?

Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes we are GDPR compliant and for all EU based customers the data is stored withing the EU and our Data Processing Agreement can be found here – If you need a individual signed DPA please contact us and we can issue this.
